How we work
A disciplined process, first call to follow-through.
Every engagement follows the same process, whatever the format. Each step ends with something both sides can read and agree on.
- 1
Understand the context.
Before anyone proposes a format, we understand the room: who the leaders are, what they are accountable for, and what has to be different afterward.
What we ask
- Organization: who you are and the setting you serve
- Audience: the leaders, teams, or communities involved
- Priority: the challenge, decision, or outcome in view
- Timing: when you hope to begin or connect
OutputOne paragraph naming the priority, the audience, and the intended result, that both sides agree is accurate.
- 2
Shape the experience.
Format, content, delivery, preparation, scope, and investment are agreed in writing before the work begins. Nothing starts on assumptions.
Settled in writing
- Format and delivery: virtual, in person at a partner or host location, or blended
- Content and preparation: what is covered and what participants do first
- Scope and investment: audience size, duration, fee, continuing-education eligibility
OutputA written scope naming format, outline, delivery, pre-work, participant count, dates, and fee.
- 3
Plan the follow-through.
The engagement ends with practical next steps and an agreement on how the learning connects to the organization’s work.
Planned with the engagement
- Decisions and owners: what the group agreed to do and who holds each item
- Connection to the work: where the learning shows up in a review, a plan, or a policy
- Any return session: if the scope includes one, when and with whom
OutputA short list of next steps, each with an owner and a date.
