Alicia McKoy, MHA(c), is a healthcare executive consultant who brings more than a decade of leadership, program development, and stakeholder engagement experience to healthcare administration. During her tenure with the Police Athletic League, Inc., New York City’s largest independent youth development organization, she collaborated with elected officials, government agencies, and public and private community organizations to design and implement high-impact programs. Her portfolio included academic enrichment, arts and culture, recreation, career readiness, civic engagement, and life-skills initiatives serving young people and families across diverse communities. At The Healthcare Executive, Alicia applies her strengths in communication, team building, strategic collaboration, and program execution to organizational challenges in healthcare.
