Alicia McKoy is an accomplished executive currently working as a consultant at The Healthcare Executive. Mrs. McKoy has over ten years of experience working with different levels of management with the Police Athletic League Inc., the largest independent youth development organization in New York City. During my tenure, she has effectively coordinated and collaborated with elected officials, government agencies, and private and public community-based organizations in diverse communities to provide quality programming that aimed to enrich and enhance the lives of young people and their families through academic enrichment, arts and culture, recreation, career readiness, civic engagement, and life skills. Mrs. McKoy is currently in the process of transitioning to the next phase in my professional journey as a healthcare administrator. In this new position, she has remain committed to enhancing the quality of life of others with my effective leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
