Stacey Klinker is a motivated early careerist with a background in human resources. She is currently a Healthcare Executive Consultant at The Healthcare Executive and President of the Board for the Bondurant Community Library. She is a volunteer on the Awareness Committee for the Cherubs organization, reaching out to families to provide support. She is also a hospital angel for Cherubs, where she acts as a resource for local hospitals to provide information about congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Prior to her current role Stacey worked in Human Resources at VA Central Iowa Healthcare System. Stacey was responsible for credentialing all dependent practitioners prior to their employment. She was also a member of the hospital’s preventative ethics committee where she co-facilitated focus groups to identify areas of improvement in the hospital. Stacey received a Master’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Healthcare Administration from Drake University. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simpson College. During this time she completed internships with VA Central Iowa in their payroll department and the John Stoddard Cancer Center where she developed an acuity scale to measure the workload of the organization’s care coordinators. Stacey is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
