Biography

Stacey Klinker, MBA, HCM, is a healthcare executive consultant with a foundation in human resources, credentialing, healthcare administration, and community advocacy. At the VA Central Iowa Healthcare System, she managed credentialing for dependent practitioners and helped ensure employment standards were met. As a member of the hospital’s Preventative Ethics Committee, she co-facilitated focus groups that identified opportunities to strengthen organizational performance. Stacey earned an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Drake University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simpson College. Her internships with VA Central Iowa’s payroll department and the John Stoddard Cancer Center strengthened her analytical and operational perspective, including development of an acuity scale for care-coordinator workloads. Beyond her professional work, Stacey serves as President of the Board for the Bondurant Community Library and volunteers with Cherubs, supporting families affected by congenital diaphragmatic hernia. She is also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Her work reflects a commitment to service, disciplined execution, and practical improvement.
