My current position as an Patient Experience Advisor, Enterise Division requires a wide breadth of experience; including public and virtual speaking engagements, project management, service excellence coaching, change management and partnership building. In over five years at Press Ganey I have presented to hospitals and medical practices in 22 states, and during that time I have developed my own methods for persuading an audience, overcoming objections, and demonstrating the value of my partnerships. I have hosted numerous educational webinars open to large audiences, and have been invited to present to outside organizations such as the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Iowa Pharmacy Association. I have served on numerous committees for the research and development of corporate communications, designed service excellence programs that have demonstrated return on investment, received numerous commendations from both clients and colleagues, and have been ranked above the 90th percentile as a speaker for several years. I am the recipient of a Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and have certifications in both Dale Carnegie and RogenSI Public Speaking Training programs. I was a Rotary International exchange student to Japan from 1996-1997. I am proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
