Dave Rahija is the Vice President of Operations at NorthShore University Health System's Glenbrook Hospital. Dave's Glenbrook Hospital responsibilities include day-to-day hospital operations, quality improvement, patient experience, financial oversight, and hospital expansion projects. Corporately, Dave's current and past responsibilities included providing administrative oversight of the internal medicine hospitalist, pediatric hospitalist, rehabilitation and critical care programs at the four NorthShore hospitals. In addition, Dave helped launch the NorthShore Neurological Institute, NorthShore Medical Group Spine Center, and NorthShore Sports Health and Performance programs. Lastly, Dave oversees NorthShore's Home Health and Hospice programs. Prior to NorthShore, Dav was a Vice President at Sinai Health System in Chicago, where he ran day-to-day operations of Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital and provided oversight of the rehabilitation and pharmacy programs at Mr. Sinai Hospital. Dave is physical therapist by background. He received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Master of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University. He received his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Healthcare Management, from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, DePaul University. Dave is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
