Rick has almost 40 years of leadership in the Health Care arena in and vast knowledge of everything from housekeeping, clinical nutrition, food services, laundry, security and the list goes on with the final chapter being system leadership in sustainability. System leadership in sustainability has been very challenging and rewarding due to the individual complexity of each ministry due to size, shape, resource and culture. Rick's driving force in sustainability comes from something his oldest son mentioned: Dad, I am really proud you are doing something about our environment for all of presently and in the future!
