Ryan Nellis

Ryan Nellis has had responsibility for working with health providers and payers in the Midwest as they prepare for population health management and shared savings. Specifically, Ryan and team enable organizations to utilize their vast data assets (EMR, Claims, Financial, Administrative, et al) to give them the intelligence and real-world data necessary to successfully "move the needle" in their populations – focus on the best data and opportunities to reduce spend, improve cost for patients and maximize managed-care contracts. Ryan has been in his role for 3 years - he was an early member of the Humedica team that Optum acquired in January 2013. Prior to that he worked at McKesson in their small-practice provider division and prior to that with General Electric where he was responsible for sales of the company's enterprise-wide electronic health records solutions, Centricity. Ryan lives in St. Paul, MN, with his wife, Danielle. Ryan received a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
