Todd is the President and CEO of Popham & Associates based in Millersville, Maryland. Prior to founding his firm in 2012, Todd was a leader at State Farm Insurance serving in senior management roles in seven United States locations. At State Farm Todd had leadership assignments in strategy, HR, IT, operations, and business development. His final assignment was leading the strategy department for six states. Todd’s career includes thirty two years of insurance and financial services leadership experience, over twenty years coaching executives and senior managers, and experience teaching in both the MBA and EMBA programs at Bradley University. His professional credentials include an Executive MBA as well as CPCU, CLU, FLMI, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Balanced Scorecard Strategy designations. Todd currently serves ten clients in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest - providing executive coaching, organization/leadership development, and small business consulting solutions. He is also a graduate instructor and executive coach at Bradley University. His client portfolio includes coaching and consulting in the insurance, financial services, banking, manufacturing, professional services, and construction sectors. Examples of coaching clients include Business Owner, CIO, CFO, Treasurer, Vice Presidents, Directors, State Legislator, and a DC Legislative Lobbyist. Todd has managed large business units (400+ employees), led a start-up of a new HR regional facility, executed strategic results with executives, and successfully launched a profitable professional services firm. His leadership training includes attending programs at Harvard University, University of Michigan, University of Virginia, and the Center for Creative Leadership. He currently chairs two non-profit boards in Illinois and Maryland.
