Anish Patel, MD, MBA graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and Georgetown McDonough School of business in in 2011. It was during this dual degree program that he developed a passion to enhance patient experience and to understand medicine on a systems level. His inpatient medicine experience stems from his internship and residency at University Hospitals - Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He then complemented his inpatient practice with an outpatient based sports medicine fellowship at UCLA. To hone his ability to teach and develop a sound curriculum, he completed a faculty medical education fellowship at UCLA as a clinical instructor. After his clinical instructor year, he accepted an outpatient based attending role within the sports medicine division and orthopedic surgery department at NorthShore University Health System. This outpatient role also included a clinical educator role with University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.  He plans to further his career by offering a blend of his extensive medical and business knowledge to impact individual patients through a holistic understanding and analysis of a system that catalyzes the discovery and implementation of actionable insights.
