Dr. Christopher C. He serves as the MHA Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration at Texas A&M University–Texarkana, where he has developed and overseen innovative curriculum strategies for graduate and undergraduate programs. Dr. Pratt’s career spans diverse roles, including healthcare administration, accreditation, process improvement, and organizational leadership.
