Jason King, MSN, RN, CENP is a Vice President of Patient Care Services, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for IU Health Morgan. He has been in healthcare for 16 years where he led his team, who transformed IU Health Morgan from a community hospital to a Hospital Outpatient Department of the Academic Health Center; with a focus on wellness.   Jason received his Masters of Science in Nursing from Ball State University. He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing program at Indiana University School of Nursing, expecting degree completion in May 2017. He is currently serving in an Indiana State Legislative Fellowship, through the Indiana University School of Nursing. Jason leads the day-to-day operations of IU Health Morgan, Receiving six awards for nursing excellence since 2002, Jason has published and presented on the student learning impact of clinical simulation. In service to his profession and community, Jason is an active participant in seven nursing organizations and six community local/regional boards.
