Lisa Fuller, MSEd, MS ITT is the Director of Performance Improvement/6 Sigma at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, a 700 bed academic medical center in central Illinois. Mrs. Fuller has served as the Director of Performance Improvement/ 6 Sigma beginning in 2008. Lisa also held a role as a Black Belt and Master Black Belt within the department prior to her appointment as Director. Prior to Performance Improvement/6 Sigma, Lisa Served OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in the Learning Academy. She has an educational background in teaching and administration in the public education system both at the secondary and university level. Mrs. Fuller has also held positions with the Department of Education both at the state and federal level. Lisa Fuller hold a Masters in Administration from Capella University, a Masters in ITT from Western Illinois University, and she is currently working on a third Masters of Healthcare Administration from Saint Francis University in Joliet, Illinois. OSF Saint Francis Medical Center is the flagship hospital of OSF Healthcare System, a seven hospital healthcare system in central Illinois. OSF Healthcare System also operates OSF Medical Group, a 200 plus physician primary and subspecialty medical group, and OSF Home Care.
