Rick Seidler has more than 35 years of leadership experience within the health care industry. Rick’s professional experience includes assignments ranging from Assistant Administrator, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer in California, to President/CEO in Iowa and Illinois. His vision and expertise have driven the success of facility mergers, managed care organizations and Primary Care Group acquisitions, market share and referral increases, new partnerships with insurers, and the development of comprehensive outpatient campuses and cardiovascular centers. Rick came to Trinity and the Quad Cities in 2010 following twelve years leading Allen Health System in Waterloo, Iowa. Rick Seidler’s successful track record is based on his philosophy of collaboration, shared vision and governance, and teamwork. He is known for his comprehensive experience in all facets of hospital leadership, interpersonal skills with particular strength in physician integration, and special expertise in clinical program development, quality improvement, high performance management and community collaboration. Rick received his MBA and BBA from the University of Miami in Florida and is Board Certified in Healthcare Management. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Administrators and received the Distinguished Service Award in July, 2011. Rick is a past Board Chair of the Iowa Hospital Association and currently serves on the Quad Cities Chamber Board, Rock Island Rotary, United Way Board, the Development Association of Rock Island Board, the regional US Bank Board and the Board of the John Deere Classic.
