Vicki Schroeder is a healthcare leader with 25 years of progressive experience at one of the largest Catholic Health systems in the U.S. Vicki has held leadership positions in clinical and business areas both at the hospital and corporate levels. This well rounded experience positioned her to lead significant transformation strategies such as Clinical Integration Network development. Merger and Acquisition Integration and Trinity's Project Genesis (transformation initiative for clinical revenue processes, systems and operations). Her approach in creating, integrating and implementing effective plans that incorporated strategies, operations and initiatives across the organization was extremely successful. She developed a team of highly motivated, talented, trained leaders. She holds a Masters in Healthcare from Siena Heights University and Bachelor's degree in Business from Nazareth College achieving summa cum laude.
